World Internet Summit DVD’s

Sean Roach did one of the most entertaining talks of the World Internet Summit and as a result was the winner of the best speaker award. The fact maybe that at one point he was handing out dollar bills might of helped! He was talking about what he was calling web 3 or social marketing.

He was promoting two products Rip2it and GotAccess, which is yet to launch. Rip2it is a system for rapidly building content sites to put adsense and affiliate links on, and also to promote your own products.

As well as promoting his products he gave some useful advice on finding niches to promote and provided my favourite quote of the weekend “Jump and grow wings on the way down”

Tim Brocklehurst did what was possibly the most confusing talk of the four days of the World Internet Summit. His talk was about viral marketing and list building, and in particular, his product My Viral Spiral.

My Viral Spiral turned out to be quite a confusing product however, possibly very, very powerful, so I think I’ll be watching through his talk once more on the DVD’s, which will help me understand what My Viral Spiral has to offer.

Brett McFall was the first speaker on day one. Brett along with Tom Hua are the organizers of the whole event. Day one was called newbies day,so Brett’s talk “Internet ABC’s” was a good way to start the day. 7 steps he went through to create a profitable online business.

This was a very good talk. It contained solid information that can be taken away and used straight away without the sales pitch at the end! This is definitely one of the DVD’s that I’ll be watching some times as the talk was basically a blueprint to start up an on-line business.

All in all it was a very good start to the World Internet Summit UK 2007.
